Underrated/forgotten boxers...

I almost mentioned Darcy in this post, but he does seem to get the occasional mention on here and seems to be highly thought of in those....But maybe they just stand out in my memory that gets a little bit faultier as each year goes by.

 

What? When it comes down to title reigns and dominance, he hardly gets mentioned. its always **** like Hagler, Monzon, Leonard, robinson, etc.

Sorry Turbo...they are great and universaly recognized and probably both get at least weekly mentions on this forum.

 

WTF?!? He's seen by most as one of the greatest fighters of all time.

Preposterous pick. Seen as pretty much unbeatable at his very best.

 

Darcy is actually overrated IMO. Anyone who remembers that thread will agree with me.

Anyway, at that level you can't get butt hurt because you're splitting hairs when you're ranking that level of legend over one another.

What's your top 20? Why isn't Luis Manuel Rodriguez, Tony Canzoneri or Terry McGovern in it?
