Underrated, Non-Greats at the Lower Weights?

    Name some lower weight fighters who were undoubtedly elite, but short of great. Think guys like Tatsuyoshi, Hasegawa. That sorta level. The lower weights being 118 and below.

    And God help the poor ******* who names Ricardo Lopez.

    Sorry, Sal. I'd class Herrera and Lora as greats (way above Tatsuyoshi, Hasegawa and co's level), and Esparragoza and Escalera fought above BW. They don't make the cut.

    No. Of course not. 6 and 7th graders. Tough, mean as only someone that age and weight can be.

    Ceasro Sigueno had just over 200 wins and began at 115lbs if that counts, half came sprinkled all the way north to Welter!

    Prudencio Cardona. The left he sparked Avelar out with is the single greatest punch ever thrown in Flyweight history.
