Mercer gave a prime, focused Lewis the toughest fight of his career. Ruddock fought tow reasonable competitive fights against a post prime but still very good Tyson but in reality they were not that close. Moorer was a decent fighter at heavyweight but his chin was very vulnerable and concentration and consistence were his weaknesses .... not a paper champion unless you consider "alphabet salad" champs paper.

The "elbow" to the face .... nice one. Always an excuse. One man became champ at 45 because he fought Michael Moorer, he of the china chin. As far as who rates better , that is of course subjective . I feel that Foreman was a physical marvel but stylistically challenged and mentally weak in his first career while mentally superior and maximized his watered down physical gifts his second carer and complimented it with terrific matchmaking and many today blur the two and overrated him.

Also, looking at Michael Moorer's record, I noticed his real power was at Light-Heavyweight where he it 100 percent. At Heavyweight he ws 50/50.
