    Record: 22-0, 14 KO’s

    Weight range: 215-253 lbs

Best attributes: billed as 6’6, southpaw

Experience: 32 years old, pro MMA debut at 19, pro boxing debut at 24, never had a 12 rounder, A-side in every fight, sparred Joshua and Whyte

Best win: 13-4-1, 1 KO defeat Jonathan Rice (30 lbs overweight at 283 lbs, Australia, 2020, TKO10)

Scores: Judges 87-84 McKean, Boxrec 86-86, Eyeonthering 86-85 Rice

    Recent sub-par results: 98-92 Leutele (7-0-2, 2021), 80-72 Bracamonte (11-6, 5 KO defeats, 2022)

Among Australian cruisers/heavies: Opetaia and Huni would probably beat him, maybe a 44 year old Lucas Browne too

    EDDIE HEARN:
Listen, Anthony just came off some tough, competitive losses to a southpaw and now he's diving back with another southpaw, even bigger. A proper superheavyweight southpaw.
    Give the man some credit.
McKean is a prime heavyweight, plenty of experience, years of world-class sparring.
Look, he's been in there with the best. You don't get invited back to camps unless you can operate at world level. That simple.
We could have easily chosen some knockover job, a 5'9 Sereri like Fury did.
Anthony wouldn't have any of it.
I spoke to him over the phone. He told me, 'Get the biggest, strongest southpaw you can find, a hungry fighter who is coming to win'.
I said 'Yes sir' and did my job.
    Twenty-two and 0, fourteen KOs.
He's a big unit and he's been about.
Might even have some size on Anthony, I think he actually does.
Ex-MMA fighter too. It only helps.
McKean will have the whole of Australia behind him. This is the biggest fight of his life and he'll rise to the occasion. They all do.
And he'll have a lot of Aussie support here too. It'll be just like a home crowd really. You know what they're like, love their sport. And their sportsmen have to live up to it.
It's a great boxing nation, Australia, and McKean knows this is his shot, his now or never.
This is not an easy fight for either man. Obviously, for McKean he's fighting a champion fighter, the whole package.
For Anthony, he's coming back from two losses, rebuilding, against a giant of a southpaw. Unbeaten. Big unit. Can punch a bit too.
Only takes one at HW, we've all seen it.
The pressure is there for us.
We all feel it. But these are the challenges Anthony needs to be at his best.
We're nervous but excited to get back in there.

Current Leapai would have a punchers chance against McKean, it's a joke of a fight imo.

Had to laugh when Eddie mentioned that McKean’s MMA background benefits his boxing pedigree.
