underwater punching

    It takes days for it to dry out in direct sunlight, besides if you want to loosen it just take a ****.

    i think the not getting any were in your dream has more to do with not being ably to walk/run when your lying in your bed, than responsibility personally

    It depends on if your chasing something or being chased, dreams are complicated and nobody really understands them, dreaming is linked to health as well, you can have some extremely vivid dreams by taking DMT which is produced by your pineal gland or third eye when you sleep, yet DMT is the most illegal substance you can have, yet its in common garden grass.

    I read that his trainer 'apparently' told him to throw punches while treading water.

    It's conceivable that punching this way could condition shoulder muscles and the internal muscles of the midsection .

    it doesn't do anything to the muscle fibres, the resistance is not significant enough, but it trains the nervous system
