Absolute hell. What examples of this can you think of?

Floyd Mayweather's stated Emmanuel Augustus gave him his tougher fight, and I believe it considering Mayweather had a busted nose in that fight, bleeding pretty badly from both nostrils.

Godoy have Joe Louis absolute hell the first time out, regardless of his tactics. Some feel Godoy beat him.

Augustus got dominated and battered against Mayweather.

he gave it a good go, but by no means would i consider him to have gave Floyd absolute hell.

Okay, well, compared to Floyd's other comp.

    Look at what Corrales managed.

    Now compare that to Augustus.

    That's all I meant.

Some good calls, but i think Ruben Castillo was a damn good fighter.

His fight with Sal Sanchez was extremely close as well.

Iran Barkley- Thomas Hearns twice. Even though Hearns wasn't in his prime and kille Barkley in the first til the huge right (some of the best body work I've ever seen), he was beaten on points in the follow up.
