He fights too soon after wrapping a film when he was not trained into the shape that was needed for an MMA match.
It reminds me of Lennox Lewis after filming Ocean's Eleven and gets knocked out by Hasim Rahman.

Let it be a lesson to all who take their talents and successes for granted.

He gassed. Not everyone can refuel a gas tank after 2 years off. It depends how much real training he was doing during that time.

nah i dont think it was that he looked great and just got to relaxed in the last round and got caught.

i mean if it wasent for the last 20seconeds Le would have won a easy fight and it would have never been spoken of again.

oh edit- ur the dude that made mad money off DLH-pac right? i think i remember u calling the round AND how it stopped, how much did you come up off it?

I wish desperately for Cung to learn a ground game. He knocks people down and just kinda looks at them all confused like. His kicks are as good as they come, but the dudes ground game and close up stand-up are lacking.

Big deal the man made a film and got himself extra cash out of it. If Le lost its because of a lack of a grand game, not because he didnt respect the game.

I don't know if I would go as far as saying he didn't respect the sport; he may have overestimated his ability to get back into peak physical condition in the time he had, but other fighters have come in at much worse shape and with less hard work.

I'll agree with you on that Beebs, if you take 8-10 weeks of training and it takes you 3 weeks to get fit enough to train, and 2 months to get used to the bumps and to get your mind right. Maybe if you take 2 years off it takes longer, or sometimes you will never be the same.

the movie has nothing to do with his loss. if im not mistaken, yuri foreman was also in that movie. and guess what? he won the super welterweight crown after that.
