I'm quite the Rigo fan but he's probably the fighter most overrated by these boards.

That loss really needs an asterix next to it. The reffing was a disgrace but Salido deliberately cheating on the scales was even worse.

To be fair, I think Loma was coming on late and wins the rematch.

An asterisk? If any fight needed an asterisk next to it, that fight was Mares Agbeko.

That's the most absurd thing I've heard. I'm supporting Ward over both Golovkin and Kovalev.

Moreover, I'm one of the two biggest Lomachenko fans there is, that even the HBO crew and ESPN are aware of..

    Myself, and Dealt_with.

All over the net from before he turned pro.
Lomachenko is one of the very best of all time, he's on the Roy Jones Jr level.

I can vouch for this. You and dealt_with are the main posters I've seen that are as bullish or more on Loma than I am, though we're not the only ones who rate him very highly. It's refreshing to see the wide range of posters here who appreciate him- usually you can tell by th screen name who is going to respect or knock a certain fighter before they actually post it.

Alot of people, even those who are GGG fans, rate Loma higher as a pure talent. I respect all of those fighters mentioned as being a hell of a talent (my frustration with Ward has never been what he could do in the ring, but his Winky Wright-esque way of shooting himself in the foot these last few years. I'm glad he's back). I just think Loma is better than those guys, which is intended to emphasize the rare class I rate him in moreso than any knock on GGG, Ward, or Kovalev.
