We’ve been blessed with a few legitimate unification fights for the undisputed title this century and a few very recently. I’ll be honest, I’m not sure if I can name them all (I may be missing some obvious ones) but list them here and try and put them in order for the in-ring action and drama. Which was the best and which was the worst?

    Beterbiev-Bivol (light heavy)
    Usyk-Fury (heavy)
    Crawford-Spence (welter)
    Inoue-Tapales (super bantam)
    Inoue-Butler (bantam)

Those are the ones I can think of. Any more?

Not quite, Jorge Castro was the WBA titlest, so it wasn't for the undisputed championship.

Hopkins helds the Super WBA title at the time he met DLH, and since that title held precedence, the undisputed tag would indeed apply in this case.

Don't think either KT or Zab held the WBO title. Only question is whether the WBO had enough traction at the time to warrant official belt status.

Good question - I think it probably did by that point in time.

It’s a bit like Lewis-Holyfield, which was for WBC-WBA-IBF but not WBO title so not technically for the undisputed title.

However, I don’t think anyone really doubted the winner would be crowned the real world champ.

I’d include it myself but who was the WBO titlist at the time at 140?
