Personally I think Bute would struggle to keep Froch off him all night. Bute is a brilliant technical fighter, but not sure if he can get rough & ready with Froch. He would have to out-jab him all the way.

it would be a brill atmos tho !!

Well, why not? From Bute's perspective I mean. I'm not sure Hennessy wants Froch to lose so fast though. So far, Froch has not called out my grand mother. His action are not on the same level as his talk.

It's true that Bute doesn't deal with pressure very well but I don't really see Froch as a pressure fighter. :huh

I think Bute's footwork would cause Froch's some problems. But Froch is bound to land something big at some point or another in the fight.

I haven't made my mind yet on who would win that fight.

Bute was ok against Andrade so Froch won't be the guy pressuring too much for him. Froch is not a pressure fighter. I think it would be a boxing lesson.

In my mind, pressure fighter = Andrade. Froch fights nothing like Andrade.

But I guess there are different ways of applying pressure. :D

i read in the paper that froch went into saturdays fight with cracked ribs and a perforated eardrum that affected his balance. apparently the fight was nearly called off 3 times. if that is the case it makes frochs performance that much better.

edit: hadn't got as far as readding your post above, i've just dupicated it.

It was a very entertaining fight on saturday and Froch answered a few critics with his decent boxing skills and world class chin. The fact remains, is he keeps getting hit with all those shots its gona take its toll. He has the tools to beat bute but the likes of kessler and taylor are gona give this guy one hell of a headache. Calzaghe would school him lacy style. He wouldn't hurt him physically, but mentally he would cripple the cobra.
