Definitely, Lopez has already beaten him.

Loma accepts the minority share or he ducks the rematch.

    His choice.

Lomachenko is asking for the rematch so how can he duck that?

And you trust the WBC?? Come on man if you asked Sulaiman if the sky was blue he would lie to you. Until Lopez fights and beats Devin Haney, he has no right to call himself an undisputed champion.

No, I rarely trust any official word in boxing. However, the organisation whose title Devin Haney holds doesn't even consider Devin their champion. Haney got his belt via email, whereas Lopez won his vs the pound-for-pound number one. Haney is the one who has no right to call himself champion.

If asking is saying "I want to challenge you as long as I get more of the PPV split" it isn't really asking.

Regulations only exist on purse splits, that was the point.

Seeing as he didn’t want a rematch clause in the first contract, looks like he started that ducking process a bit earlier.

Doesn't matter. If Loma walks away due to wanting the lions share of PPV, it's a duck imo.

Lopez isn't Lomachenko's mandatory since he no longer has any belts. Lopez threatening to drop his IBF belt is a duck.

No, Kamboso doesn't get to demand anything from Lopez.

The threat of costing them millions by giving them the belt is justified.

They want to the fight, but on their own terms. They won't be dictated to by a mandatory, that's the whole point.

Lopez and fans might think what they wish.

Lopez looks that does have contract to fight vs this Kamboso and sorry, Triller etc might sue Lopez if he will not fight vs this Kamboso.
    Yeah.

Simply if Lopez didn't had intent to get max possible purse for fight vs Kamboso, his team didn't had to fight vs Kamboso in Australia, to deal with Triller etc.

I think if Lopez had told ol Bob: I need just 1m or 1,2m or 1,5 m to fight vs Kamboso in US, they had made this fight in US for sure.

From what they're saying they can't sue him. They will think him bad for giving up his belt.
