    CHAMP 3 - Champion in a division just created in last 10 years, with recognised title

    CHAMP 4 - Champion in a division just created in last 10 years, with unrecognised title

    Uh, depends who they beat?


    For example, Charles Martin winning a vacant IBF title at Heavyweight(a recognized title in a 150 year old division) is less impressive than Roman Gonzales beating Cuedras for the WBC Super Flyweight title, a division created in 1980.
