Guys, did you notice that HBO had Ward listed at 6'1 and Dawson at 6'2? During the staredown, Dawson looked 2 1/2 to 3 inches taller than Ward so unless Dawson is really 6'3 1/2 or 6'4 no way is Ward 6'1. I think his height is between 5'11 and 6'0. Agree or disagree? His reach is 71 inches which is normally that of a person who is 5'11. I have seen boxers with a reach much longer than their height, but it's rare to have a reach considerably shorter than one's height.
To me, Dawson didn't look more than an inch or so taller. 1.5" at most. Reach is not always directly proportional to height. Floyd, though much shorter than Ward, has an inch more reach. As far as I know Dawson is 6'3" and Ward is 6'1", I thought the comparison between them showed just about that.
