Unlikeliest tough guys in the UFC.

Royce has that murderers stare that would suggest to me not to **** with him.

Jake Shields is a guy I don't think I'd associate with being a fighter if I didn't know him.

 

To be fair shields stand up is pathetic..Great grappler..

 

Urijah was a good mention this guy just looks like he smokes some weed and stays on the beach all day. Yet you can make the case that HE is the toughest in the sport going through what he did vs Aldo and still hanging in and of course the Brown rematch where he had 2 injured hands. Urijah Faber is a bad SOB.

I think MMA actually has a lot of guys that don't fit the cliche tough guy image. Partly due to it being a sport that attracts so many college wrestlers it really does show up boxing by contradicting the self-hating lie that only people so poor they have no alternative will fight for a living.

On another note - although Anderson Silva very much looks the part in the Octagon he doesn't like a tough guy at all outside it.
