You haven't got WBA minimumweight champion Akira Yaegashi in your rankings, whilst the guy he beat in his last fight is #5 :good

Isn't the featherweight limit 126? I notice both you and Rob referred to it as 125? :think

    Not being pedantic, just curious.

You say your ratings are based on ring performances rather than results? Surely chisora (even though he's lost 3 on the spin) is a top 15 heavyweight? Fair enough he didn't bother his arse against fury but he won that fight against helenius and take away everything else that went on against vitali put up a decent performance

Agreed. Wherever Helenius is, Chisora should be above.

Exactly. Actually I'd fancy him to outwork near 40 yr old no.4 ranked tony thompson too. Heavyweight is prob the weakest division listed. Take away the 2 klits and what you got left??

I don't think Chisora should be ahead of Helenius. Dereck's biggest win is a shot Danny Williams or Sam Sexton (who prob won't ever be a Brit champ).

He gets all this credit for his fight with Vitali but he was still dominated and beaten convincingly. Chis' loss v Fury is equal to Helenius' 'loss' to Chis, aside from that Helenius has not only beaten but KO'd many, many fighters better than Sexton.

    Their records just don't compare.

I'd put Bryant Jennings in at heavyweight, good prospect that stopped Liakhovich recently. He's definitely better than Stiverne IMO.

I don't see how you can rate Helenius over Chisora, he beat him convincingly, he won a minimum of 8 rounds. That win alone would mean he has to go above Helenius. Atleast in my mind.

    Not for me.

    Its that whole A beats B, B beats C yet C beats A scenario.

So by that logic you'd have Tyson Fury above Chisora and Helenius?

You'd have Marquez above Pac but below Chris John (not really but you see what I'm saying)

I can see what you're saying, this is the age old argument with rankings.

    But yes, I'd have it;

    Fury
    Chisora
    Helenius

It's just that when he puts the effort in he does well. Sure he got dominated by vitali but he did well in spots and for that he has to get credit. A fit chisora beats fury IMO. Back to the point at hand though, is dereck a top 15 heavyweight?
