Funny how 35 year old Canelo opponents are always still in their prime, while Canelo is not in his prime at 27 lol.
Different fingers hit their primes at different ages. Mike Tysons prime was at 21. Lennox Lewis was in his early 30s.
Canelo absolutely was prime, mid 20s or whatever he was is prime in professional sport. He was a MW for years just massively weight cutting. 34 years old isn't prime for a MW let alone any pro sport. Degale retired at 33 years old shot to pieces. Groves retired younger than that. Saunders was finished by then. In other sports, Sampras retired at 31, Roddick at 32, Nadal was a physical wreck by mid 30s. Almost all tennis players are done by mid 30s. Some extend their careers okay, some keep going and ruin their records, but nobody is prime at mid 30s.
The kid had over 200 fights before Canelo. You boxrec warriors act like amateurs don't dont count. Theyve never trained harder, chasing golds.
Everything said about Golovkin should be discounted being that he is insanely beloved in these boxing boards. The bias pro him is indeed insane. Look at that. Turbotime.
I was not quoting you with the statmente on the above. I was just greeting you, becasue I recognized you from years ago....
Oh ok! I know my mang, great hearing from you. Howve you been? Do they party out in BZ for christmas?
canelo was in his prime for ggg 1 and 2.. he lost one and the other one at best should of got a draw lol. GGG was also past his prime but still high lvl
I wish I was like you hanging on with the same avatar for a decade, that is impressive. Yeah. sure, big catholic country. Family, cousins, ants, uncles, wife and all together....
Danny Jacobs, Kovalev (hard to rate cause light heavyweight, Callum Smith (his personal best imo), Saunders, Plant he started to already show signs of decline. He really started to hit his peak 2nd GGG fight or maybe even the one with Fielding but I didnt really count that one and the Yildrim fight because they are much lower opposition.
