The dude actually was talking about the fight at welterweight. Where Broner was nothing more than a stepping stone. Laughable.
Of all GGG fights I think that his fight against Sergiy Derevyanchenko was the closest and wouldn’t have been surprised for it to have been a draw or razor close loss against him. I also think that was the most I’ve ever seen him pushed like that. SD body attack was precise and brutal….
And before some shitheel comes in here and says Louis is too small or might not have enough power against the lard asses of today, he literally broke Schmeling: Soundly defeated, Schmeling had to be admitted to Polyclinic Hospital for ten days. During his stay, it was discovered that Louis had cracked several vertebrae in Schmeling's back.
Lies! Pac pulled out of talks while pbf agreed. Pac wanted nothing to do with a prime pbf and for good reason. The guy couldn't beat jmm clearly he knew he had no chance against pbf.
A prime rjj is the best boxer in history I've seen live or on old video. Prime for prime h2h I'd pick him against anyone.
Yes he did and Roach even said it was their fault the fight didn't happen back then because they didn't want the testing. I have posted the video of him saying it a million times yet people want to continue this myth about pbf ducking pac during their first negotiations.
Show us the link of Pac saying he's afraid of needles, i'll wait & oh by the way Mr having low testosterone-to-epitestosterone level while inducing an Illegal IV says hi.
Prime pac lost to a faded erik Morales he also couldn't beat jmm clearly yet pbf who's better than both and a stylistic nightmare for pac can't beat him? Stop!
- Chris Mannix has solidified himself as the GOAT announcer - Leo Santa Cruz would have been a stylistic nightmare for Willie Pep - Carlos Monzon was a journeyman at best - Bob Foster didn't have much power - Ike Ibeabuchi was actually a very reasonable, rational person
I'm not sure of the popularity of this take but I believe Fury, Wilder, Joshua, W. Klitschko, and most heavyweights in the Klitschko mold--tall and upright boxers who rely on straight punches--would struggle badly with the crouchers of yesteryear, e.g. Frazier and Dempsey. They aren't used to punching down that far, aren't used to guys who can close the distance that fast, and don't have the infighting wherewithal to handle them up close. Fury is more of an exception, however.
Don't know why those are unpopular opinions, i would think the first two highlighted would be a given, guess with time & all the history revisionist we have out here everything can be eventually spinned.
They're unpopular because pbf is stylistic nightmare for pac he was always the betting favorite and the favorite of boxers over pac. Pac in many fights with jmm couldn't figure how not to get hit with the same right hand, yet you think pac beats a prime pbf??? Based on what? Wishful thinking? Pac has no answers for pbfs ability to control range and dictate distance on him that's why he can't beat pbf. A prime pbf could fight at all ranges with cat like reflexes atg defense and ring iq he also didn't fade was mentally tough and had a good chin. Not only that he was faster of both hand and foot than pac with longer reach. He was all wrong for pac period that's why they didn't want to test back when both were still prime.
Pac didn't turned pbf down because of testing and ran off to fight clottey???? That didn't happen? You're laughing at facts because that's exactly what happened.
