I wouldn't exactly call Chacez medicore, or anything resembling it.

Guys I think he made a mistake and just read winning streaks.

And Flea don't you dare mention Ricardo Lopez!

Hey! I wouldn't say he's unremarkable, just not the genius some paint him to be ;-)

Oh Lopez is undoubtedly a genius. A great fighter on the other hand...

No, he wasn't a genius. Too stiff, and fought a load of jokers. It's like heavy metal guitar players; great at shredding, but where are the tunes?

I was just gonna say Sven Ottke, the most unremarkable champion i've seen.

Those other German stars are decent picks too.

And there is where we disagree. I'm a big fan of Buckethead.

Lionel Butler went 16-0 (with a drug-based NC that was originally a win) having had a 6-9-1 record prior to that. It included wins against Tony Tubbs, Bonecrusher and David Dixon.

Junior Witter was undefeated for 8 years after his late-substitute loss to Zab Judah until losing to Timothy Bradley. He went 21-0 and had a 15-fight KO/TKO streak at one point, despite not being a natural puncher. In that time, he won the British, Commonwealth, European and WBC light welterweight titles, with wins against the likes of Kotelnik, Vivian Harris, Chop Chop and N'Dou.
