    street kid who turned to the gloves. went in and lost in a ko reletivly early in his career. then had a long unbeaten streak (there was a dq in there but it was mostly overzealous reffing) 44-2-1

    you could make the case for jim watt. even though we are all in agreement that he was a smarter technical fighter than people credited him during and after his career.
