Calzaghe - Floored by Mitchell, Kabery Salem, 43 Year Old Hopkins, and Shot RJJ

Mitchell and Kabery Salem are not top level.

Hopkins last KO win was in 2004 on a blown up ODLH

RJJ was shot and still floored Calzaghe.

Also Calzaghe vs Eubank round 12, a weight drained past it Eubank had Calzaghe shaken.

The guy was never stopped, but was far from Unstoppable as the thread title says.

I can see Hopkins and Tarver getting stopped or KO'd if they venture to the heavyweight division, as both have implied.

Round 1 vs Hearns...Hearns was a huge puncher....if his hand held up anything could happen. Hagler was also close to being stopped on cuts in the same fight.

WHAT? :rofl Only very big punchers ever had him down or close to down, and these instances were few and far between.

The number of bombs DLH launched at him that didn't put him on the canvas say a lot more than the one left hook that did.

So hes unstoppable? Even though Oscar was seconds from finishing him off? Or are you talking about me saying he dont have a great chin even when he has been dropped a bunch of times oscar x2,Phillips, Lopez x2 and Carr(but we dont count this one :D) None of these guys a "huge" punchers...Others have taken clean blows from them.

He had a decent chin sure....wouldnt say it was great. Had great powers of recovery.

I wouldn't say Ike was unstoppable, but his chin always seemed very good to me. I guess you could fairly say it wasn't great in the sense that he was in the top percentile of being able to take shot, but he took one better than most for certain.

I was really hoping no-one would make this post. OK, good point, anyone can be knocked out, great, cheers, but either read the opening post and see what I'm trying to say or don't bother just reading the title, misinterpreting it, and treating us to this pearl of wisdom.
