Okay lets say Solis stays away from boxing for 6 months. No training, no sparring, heavybag, nothing. He spends the time in mc'donalds, pizza hut and burger kings, places like that.

Then 6 months later he faces Sergey Kovalev. Kovalev has moved to cruiserweight. He weights 195 lbs and has devastating punching power, he has trained hard to get to the weight and is in great shape. So Solis comes there and weights 290 lbs (bad condition and bad reflexes, but skills are still there)

Who wins it? Fat Untrained Solis vs Welltrained Cruiserweight Kovalev?

The accomplished amateur Odlanier Solis would knock Kovalev out ala Abbos Atoev.

No training and bad diet= disaster.

Even the elite fighters cannot get away with that.

"Untrained" Solis? Solis doesn't train. That's "normal" Solis for you.
