    I may still tweak it a bit, but I think at this point with the competitiveness of both of their fights, Rafa and Israel have to be put right next to each other.

    Cotto hasn't beaten guys like Tim Austin, Mark Johnson and Israel Vazquez.

    JMM's win over Barrera and performances over Jaca and Jandaeng exceed Taylor's close wins over Hopkins, draw with Wright, and below average performances against Ouma and Spinks. Winky is 1-1-1 in his last 3 fights and Calzaghe's recent wins are over Lacy, Bika, and Manfredy. JMM is more skilled than all 3 in my opinion.

    Man Hops is climbing up the ladder again, that would be amazing if he could get the #1 spot again going into his mid 40's.
