Upcoming cruiserweight tournament fights

Dorticos vs Kudryashov is the pick of the bunch. Two of the biggest punchers at 200lbs, Whoever lands first wins. Dorticos has the better footwork, faster hands and rangier, he has many advantages over Dmitry, he will have to keep it long, and will be better off trying to outlast him rather then to go toe to toe, because dmitry simply has dynamite in his hands and can switch off his lights with one punch, kalenga slowed dorticos down considerably by just plodding foward , quite like kudrayshov but with less technique and less intelligence. Kudrayshov knows how to land the left hook and set it up, he now has a body jab, hes added a few more punches to his game and hes ultra dangerous on his front foot, he hates being backed up and doesnt like pressure. dorticos is a rough and tough fighter with a style more suited to longer rounds, if it goes past round 6, which would surprise me, ill choose Dorticos KO8.

Mairis Breidis vs Mike Perez Features a prime healthy Cruiserweight with good movement, fast hands, big puncher and solid defence. Mairis is a clever fighter and wont get involved in trying to Brawl the ''Former'' tough as nails 230-250lber Perez, this wont be a competitive fight imo, you dont lose 50lbs and expect to feel nearly as strong, sharp or as tough as you once were, perez who had decent handspeed against slower heavier men wont have that advantage, and Breidis is a better fighter than any of Perez' hw scalps imo. This will be a easy fight for breidis and he will give perez a controlled beating for 8 rounds, and then stop him in the 10th. Perez could be pulled out by his corner. Breidis is 2nd favourite to win this, and this is a relatively easy fight for him to start with.

Murat Gassiev vs Krysztof Wlodarczyk The Huge cruiserweight only 23years old just bullied one of the best Cruiserweights of the last ten years, dropping lebedev hard with a body shot, and basically walking through anything denis had for him, he also countered well all night and was punishing him all night, lebedev was still in good nick and won a few rounds himself with his clever footwork and boxing skills, however his usually devasting left hand did little to slow down gassiev. Thats extremely impressive. The Pole Wlodarczyk is as tough as they come but at 35years old, and with his best years behind him, I dont see much hope for him. If Gassiev had any questions marks about his chin and stamina going into the lebedev fight then those were answered. Wlod has a good jab and when hes close he can throw nice tight punches in bunches with speed, id say he has the speed advantage, so he needs to get his punches flowing early on to avoid getting mauled by Murat. Murat looks like a huge cruiserweight at only 23 years old he has years to develop. I dont see him as the eventual winner of the tournament, But i do see him stopping Wlodarcyzk round 6.

Oleksandr Uysk vs Marco Huck. Marco Huck is past it, hes going to get outclassed here, he had nothing with Mairis in his last fight, he looked terrible with no hunger, and we have an even smaller chance here. Uysk will toy with him all night and pepper his dome to a 12-0 shutout. Boxing Statisticians look out for the punches thrown and landed by Uysk, because i reckon we could have records broken for the CW division. Uysk 12-0 Huck

 

I admit id have to watch more of Wlod, but i have seen Gassiev hes simply a brute, so if anyone can break that down a bit better it would be nice.
