Zelenoff - Hartley is easily the top fight for the next 2 months. HBO or ESPN should pick this scrap up.
Boxing is in a reloading phase. Most of the big fight got made last year. Know all the big guns are reloading and preparing to go back at each other. THis year will be boaring but next year will be much better.

The Pac-D.Diaz fight is interesting for several reasons. It's Pac's first time up at 135 lbs. He's fighting for a title. He's fighting a boxer who beat Erik Morales on record. If Pac wins, he will have become a champion in 4 or 5 weight divisions. The Philippine-Mexico rivalry is played out again. David Diaz is also in his prime. Of coure David Diaz isn't a household boxing name. But still interesting given what Pac is trying to accomplish. I say it's a B+
I am an ESB brit forum legend who rarely gets big fight wrong. & trust me, I have put my neck on the line big time predicting Alex Arthur to beat Joan Guzman. If anyone here has a brain in their head, then listen to me. Alex Arthur vs Joan Guzman is THE fight to make money on. Alex arthur WILL win, & inside the distance. Look at my post count, & the years I have been posting here. I am for real, as are my predictions. Alex Arthur to win, remember who told you first. me. Thats right, ME.
:rofl:rofl:rofl Alex Arthur is complete ****, not even a B level fighter. If Guzman can't stop him he should be embarrassed. Post count doesn't mean ANYTHING in terms of picking fights, sorry to break it to you. The fact that your from the UK, supporting a UK fighter does little to show your objectivity here either.
Don't forget guys, Ding's got a title shot in less than 2 weeks. Don't know where it'll be televised, but I'm sure there's some streaming site that'll have it.
I'm personally looking forward to: May 3 Joan Guzman - Alex Arthur Firat Arslan vs. Darnell "Ding-A-Ling Man"May 10 (ITV1) May 10 Carl Froch - Dennis Inkin Junior Witter vs. Timothy Bradley Jr May 16 Chris Byrd - Shaun George (Mainly just curious) May 17 Cristian Mijares - Alexander Munoz Yuriorkis Gamboa vs. Darling Jimenez May 31 Shane Mosley - Zab Judah June 7 Kelly Pavlik - Gary Lockett June 7 Vernon Forrest - Sergio Mora (Just to see Mora get destroyed ) June 7 Paul Williams - Carlos Quintana June 21 Arthur Abraham - Edison Miranda 2 June 28 Manny Pacquiao - David Diaz July 12 Wladimir Klitschko - Tony Thompson July 26 Miguel Cotto - Antonio Margarito And im sure there's some others I've forgot.
Zelenoff-Hartley is going to be the match of the year sans Izzy-Rafa Marquez 3. I'll be interested in seeing Mijares go to work on Munoz....even though there's a good chance it'll be a mismatch. Zab Judah is in the Andrew Golota, Riddick Bowe, Oliver McCall, Johnny Tapia class of 'who knows what's gonna happen but I wanna see it' fighters. Shane Mosley always puts on great performances when he's backed into a corner. It should be a good scrap with an okay undercard. Pavlik is must see even against a potential bum like Lockett. Iwill watch Forrest-Mora with morbid curiousity. Williams-Quintana will probably go H2H with Pavlik-Lockett which meeans it'll be TIVO'd Miranda-Abraham could be really bad or really **** all depending on whether or not Arthur shows up for rounds 1-6. Pac-Diaz sounds set to have a stacked undercard. Then it all rounds out with Margo-Cotto...not too bad in all.
