and when in the world is jones fighting? thought it was the 21st and hopkins was the 14th...now i c hopkins is the 21st and jones is no where to be found
Jones fights Hanshaw in less than 48 hours. The underwhelming undercard features Juan Manuel Buendia versus Oscar Diaz.
heard of diaz, not the other cat though...i'm actually dissappointed that i don't think i'm going to give my man jones money on this one...usually i do even w/ a bad undercard, but i'm gettin tired of that **** man...i don't think i'ma order this one, PLUS there's that tripleheader on the same night...:'(
Hopkins-Wright undercard includes Larios-Linares and Katsidis-Amonsot...I wont be ordering the Jones-Hanshaw fight - I'll just download it, burn it onto a DVD and watch it without knowing the winner. The Hopkins-Wright PPV is one I will definitely order and everybody else who wants to see 2 master craftsmen trying to solve eachother.
I would forego the Jones ppv too if it were just some bum. I'm actually one of Hanshaw's more outspoken fans on here, so I'll be plunking down cash to cheer him on. And I truly believe Hopkins-Wright will be considered a textbook match for years to come.
Intentional, I actually like Hanshaw, too, and was disappointed with the way his fight went in the finale of the Showtime tournament. I am not buying the fight this weekend, so I will be interested in hearing your impressions of Hanshaw. Good luck to him.
