Classy as usual. I think he matches up really well with Froch, who is not hard to find. I'm picking him by TKO, although you can't count Froch and his toughness out!

    Class. :thumbsup

Hopefully the hysteria some posters displayed as backlash against things he said in the heat of the moment after a bitterly disappointing loss has subsided. That means quality posters like sues2nd - hopefully they all see this. Not so concerned with the bona fide haters, as they just gonna hate no matter what.

    You mean Uli Wegner ????

He would have to work his east german butt off, running from corner to corner in the Super Six final....

If i had to bet today, it would be on Kessler to ko Froch.

Ward and Froch are very different fighter.
And i do not believe one minute that Kessler is done.
Of course he lost, so for a lot of you guys he's now a bum...
I think a guy like Ward beats Kessler 9 times out of 10.

I expect a very entertaining fight against Froch. And i see Kessler landing the 1-2 effectively in this one (Froch is there for the jab).

this is what's so great about the tournament it seperates the real champs form the contenders. man this tournament is showing why it's great and a loss shouldn't spell the end

Kessler didn't just lose to Ward, he got schooled. I can't see how any change could be significant enough for him to beat Ward should they meet again in the final. Giving Ward all due credit, Kessler still doesn't look like the same fighter as pre-Calzaghe.

    Except, learn & move foward.

Well let's see what he does with Froch.

Ward might just be style poison, for sure.

Even so, hopefully Kessler can turn in a better performance than that and at least advance to the semis. He certainly should be more than capable unless he truly is a shot fighter (physically or mentally) .

New resources can mean, diet expert for nutrition (did wonders for Taylor), athletic trainer (he appeared slow that night), and/or some physiotherapist (he may have never worked on his injuries enough).

But he also needs someone who can make a real gameplan, desperately.

    Yeah, you're right.

    I don't think he's getting a new trainer lads.

  12. Oh no, this doesn't look good at all. Very, very bad indeed... for me as a Froch fan. Sounds like Kess is putting his game face on. Should be an amazing fight. Can't wait!!

Phew! I'm glad Kessler realises he lost largely because he was just outboxed; without that, he wouldn't have been able to correct his performance and move on.

Froch is going to get iced.
