    :D

But isn't that after all the point? To have fun?

OK, if it is Ngannou, and AJ exposes him by kayoing him in Round 1, I promise to eat crow. But if the surest way to get AJ back into the ring just 3 months after his last visit is to give him Ngannou, I'm a happy camper. Because we sure as hell ain't progressing the heavyweight division by having heavyweights languish a year between fights....

Francis has a better chin than AJ and will clinch him into submission.

I'd like to see Zhang fight again, sooner rather than later.

Him against AJ could be good.

I prefer Zhang since that's a fight that needs to happen soon considering his age, then Hrgovic. But even Ngannou is not bad at all, seeing how many feel he actually beat Fury. Not a very fit and motivated Fury, probably, but Fury managed to outclass Chisorna while also not very fit and motivated so Ngannou has proven himself worth to take seriously.

Two very good alternatives and one good one.

If this happens, the way AJ was praising Ngannou, I would not be surprised if it's a sparring session.

I doubt it will be ngannou when hearn will do a risk analysis

270 lbs of unchartered granite with big warning lights to be careful and not take it easy.

And ngannou will enter the ring hungry.

E-Hearn says the goal is for AJ to face the Usyk vs Belly winner.

If that turns out to be Usyk, that would be his third shot at trying to beat Usyk who already whooped him twice when he had everything stacked against him and had AJ just eked by him once Usyk never would've been given one rematch. AJ is 1-1 against Fat Andy but the later has never been given a rematch despite stopping AJ

AJ just deserves endless rematches until he achieves the desired results but never any for his opponents

Usyk would likely be 39 y/o by the time he fought AJ again if they did fight so even if he did beat Usyk it would be a very old version of him and he's already been past his prime for years and even then Usyk would still be 2-1 against him.

I have no interest in AJ vs Ngannou as the later moves like a staute with rigor mortis in quicksand and Belly took him lightly, as in he thought it would be a walk in the park for him and he fell for the terrible pad work ruse and he fought a lot more cagey than Belly was expeting. Without the element of surprise Ngannou will lose to lots of HWs. It was just a perfect storm when he fought Belly.

Nothing against him he's a great guy and to perform as well as he did against Belly despite all that was amazing given it was his first ever boxing match. But AJ will knock him out.

It's pretty much certain that AJ will fight on March 9 in Saudi.

The 3 most likely opponents are Zhang, Hrgovic and Ngannou.
Frank Sanchez and Kabayel are also possobilities.

    The situation is like this:
AJ want to fight 3-4 time in 2024, and doesn't want to wait for the IBF. So by March, Usyk/Fury won't be stripped. So that fight won't be for the Vacant IBF.

So putting that in mind Hrgovic may not want to risk his IBF status and may not want to fight AJ without title being on the line.

So Zhang and Ngannou are the most likely opponents for AJ comes March 9.

The whole plan is for AJ to fight Hrgovic/Zhang/Ngannou and then Fury, as Hearn hopes Fury wins, as he believes AJ beats Fury with ease and that is the biggest UK fight in the history.

    Oh dear Eddie

We've gone from AJ facing an avoided, prime, top 5 unbeaten HW in Hrgovic to now hes probably gonna face a fighter who's never won a boxing fight in his life.

If he fights NGannou, it's an absolute farce.

Mark my words - if AJ fights Big Bang Zhang he is getting knocked out. Brutally. There will be Shattered Glass all over the arena.

AJ’s Glass Jaw will be Shattered into a million pieces. Hearn won’t be able to pick them all up and reconstruct that Glass Jaw.

It will probably be Ngannou, that fight would bring a lot of money and that is the most important thing in this sport, Hrgovic serves only as a figurehead and will most certainly not fight Joshua, I also doubt that Zhang will fight Joshua.

Ngannou beats Fury clearly by all Boxing rules, but was robbed, so that 0-1 ain't working. Ngannou is Fury daddy, so AJ facing him and beat the s**** out of him, will embarrass the dosser even more, so i'm all for it.
