So you wanna see AJ fight a guy with an 0-1 record, a guy who's never won a boxing fight, for what?

It's minimal risk, zero reward. AJ gains nothing when he beats NGannou, he should be facing Hrgovic for the IBF and then gunning for Fury (or if Usyk wins try to outlast him and re unify)

Just give up already on the Joshua and Wilder fight. It isn’t going to happen anytime soon. The fight died with the Wilder lost.

Aa for Joshua I hope it’s not Ngannou. If it is then he might as well fight Wilder.

    Hell , yes !

Ngannou is now one of the biggest mysteries in history of boxing and seeing how aj copes with him , without the moment of surprize , would be extremaly interesting.

If aj dismantles ngannou its clear that he was a one hit wonder and finally at least that night fury,s performance was awful .
If NOT its clear that ngannou is something never seen before , a mma guy who plug and play comes in the house of boxing to be competitive .

After seeing ngannou against fury : do you really wanna bet your house that aj puts him on the canvas with ease ? Yes ?

Agree completely, while it's an interesting fight as a comparison to Fury, it does nothing for his resume. He wins he beats a novice, he loses he loses to a novice and even the money might not be that great, didn't the Fury/Ngannou PPV flop.

People overrating Ngannou based on a poor performance by Fury. People did the same with Wallin, he cut Fury gave him 2 tricky rounds and suddenly Wallin was world class, but when he stepped up again he got taken apart and exposed.

Fury has always been horribly inconsistent, one fight he can struggle a bit vs a Wallin or scrape a lucky win vs McDermott next fight he can show up and dominate Wlad or Wilder. You can't base a fighters quality against Fury because you never know which Fury will show up.

I'm totally confident that the fight between NGannou and Fury was showing how poorly Fury prepared or how declined he is.

It doesn't mean NGannou is an elite level boxer.

I think ngannu has naturally heavy hands similar to ggg, Inoue or beterbiev.

You could see it in Fury's face in the first 20 seconds and when he was hitting him with the little punches inside.

Id be intrigued to see him against any decent heavy weight tbh to see if it was just his night or he can repeat this

Besides bloke is like a fookin tank and it would be interesting to see if anyone can make a dent in him

No , but he is an elite level physical beast and this alone is worth much in hw .

Interesting to learn more how much

I'm not that impressed with Hrgovic tbh. I fail to see what he's done that's that impressive. He only just beat a 40 year old Zhang and that was a debateable result.

Zhang battered Joyce but Joyce was awful against Zhang.

AJ UD's Hrgovic and KO's Zhang.

He's been found out, can't go back to KOing tin cans and has fight world level opponents ( he's never beaten one). That said I thought Wilder signed a multi fight deal with the Saudis and he's not going to turn that money down.

That should be the fight that garners the most interest at HW right now, besides Usyk-Fury. Not only is it a good match-up between two technical bangers coming off impressive performances, but you also have a huge audience in China. I really hope to see this one in March. Not much time for Joshua to prepare for such a good opponent, but the Wallin fight can't have taken any toll really.

Hrgovic and Zhang are harder fights which actually will boost AJ’s ranking/be for a world title. Fighting a guy who is 0-1 makes no sense, Francis should fight a Chisora next.
