Tyson Fury has been set up to fail three drug tests, and it is all down to Zionist bankers and gays, who are conspiring against him as he is a traveller. AJ is on PEDs and has failed drug tests, yet his fails don't get reported and he is allowed to box on, since he is not a traveller. Too funny.

The Fury case proves UKAD arent transparent, since the whole thing wasn't mentioned until the "leak" last summer. UKAD themselves have stated that they charged Fury in June 2016 for a test he failed in February 2015. That's 16 months of delay. And then they only made that public due to leaked information and Fury's contrary statements. If no leak had occurred and Fury had nothing to say, who's to say we'd even know anything about it even now ?
And, NO, it wasn't delayed during that period due to Fury's appeal since UKAD have confirmed the Furys were not charged until June 2016.

The case proves UKAD are not transparent. Do you agree with that or are you going to deny that all too ?

 

UKAD are perfectly transparent, and give full disclosure on all cases when they are legally able to do so, after a ruling has been made.

You only have to look at their previous bans they have given, and the in depth documentation they make available for the public domain once a case has finished.

They took 16 months to charge them. By their own admission.
Then only went public after it was leaked.

Dogmatism...this is a theory developed by a fella called Rokeach back in the 50's. It's a cognitive process, where an individual is absolutely convinced their beliefs are correct. You can't persuade them otherwise despite providing information that challenges their views. Their opinions don't bend, they get very defensive, they're biased and they can be quite caustic when challenged.

AJ has no results available therefore. TF will have his published, in detail, after his sentence is issued.

But Fury's failed test wasn't public nor published, so how can you know AJ (or anyone else) hasn't failed a test too ?
You simply don't know.

Also, might we assume boxers can test positive then have a successful hearing behind closed doors, win their case, and it never goes public that they failed a test ?
We simply cannot know who's tested positive.

In fact, we know the system is set up to protect those who test positive from being exposed so long as they can somehow argue the case to their favour.

Even most the statements you've made here point towards that reality but you can't seem to admit the UKAD are not transparent.

 

I don't think so mate. My opinions and beliefs evolve all the time depending on new information and evidence. I accept that some of the things I believe could be wrong
