AJ's been told exactly what to say by Eddie Hearn to build what would be the biggest ever fight in British boxing history. We only have to look at the video posted above to know what he really thought of Fury's victory. They need to motivate Fury to get himself back and what better way than to devalue his achievements.

I think AJ will also find it a little irritating that despite his magnificent efforts so far in his career, he knows he's not king of the heavyweights until he can topple Fury.

Tyson has a long hard road back if he ever wants to get back in ring let alone
    fight AJ.

    Yeah, it's contrived.
As far as credible opponents go, I think Hearn is really looking for the biggest fights available in monetary terms now for AJ.
    Klitschko 2, Wilder or Fury.
Fury is potentially the biggest and if they get Fury with 2-year-ring-rust, overweight and no tune-ups it could be an easy fight.

Hearn doesn't really want Parker, Ortiz or even Pulev, who bring far less money and may in fact be capable of causing some sort of upset of their own.
Dillian Whyte 2 looks far less attractive to Hearn now too, in comparison to the biggest names.

AJ might be the best HW out there. But he's also a KO loss waiting to happen, with his style and this being the heavyweight division.

Said it a hundred times on here - it's almost impossible to come back from where Tyson is. Especially when you add in the mindset of a man who doesn't like training. It needs a good year of proper diet and discipline, and even then he's not going to be the athlete he was. He's never going to get there.

It's not so much how bad he looks, but how bad he sounds for me. The guy has wrecked himself with ridiculous amounts of drink and drugs.

I actually like Tyson Fury but how long has he been on this "comeback" and he doesn't really look any different. When you are that over weight you should be able to drop a couple of stone so you see a noticeable difference.

Its when you are trying to get into shape that it becomes much harder.

He is flapping his gums about coming back but is body is saying otherwise...

    Shame really...

Why do Fury fans keep giving him a pass? The bloke had the chance to potentially dominate the heavyweight division after he beat Wlad but instead of living the life of a true champion he turned his back on the sport for booze, drugs and food, now he's a wasted talent. Only reason he wants to come back now is for the 30m pay cheque he will get for turning up & getting KO'd by AJ.

Fury is no champion. He basically stole the titles off Wlad like a thief in the night. Didn't honour the rematch and has all sorts of clouds hanging over him regarding substance abuse and then losing his licence. He isn't showing any signs of motivation other than the crap that pours out of his mouth on a daily basis. He's a conman, not a fighter. The biggest bullshitter in the sport.

The majority of the people claiming to be Fury fans are not really fans of his they only claim to be Fury fans because they don't like Joshua and probably live in hope Fury comes back and beats him.
Deep down they know Fury is a wasteful overweight sack of crap. If any other boxer had failed tests and acted the way he has they would be slammed and not wanted back in the ring. Fury deserves nothing
