Tyson Fury takes aim at the older Klitschko brother. http://www.givemesport.com/1164121-...ut-and-trolls-wladimir-klitschko-in-one-tweet
Does his ban allow him to spar and be in a boxing gym? A friend of mine was banned from wheelchair sport because of missing a drug test and confessing to smoking some weed, wasn’t allowed to take part in any wheelchair sport at any level...
While that may be the case and he is barred from boxing gym (how do you define whats a boxing gym and just a gym) he sparred a kickboxer in Holland in prep for Wlad. The bboc don't have eyes everywhere like liger says further up. His heart isnt in it. Calzaghe used to train in little more than a shed, im sure if Tyson wanted to get in shape he could bring a few guys in and find somewhere out the way for some light sparing to keep the wheels greased. His career is over. Shame.
Anthony Joshua confirms Tyson Fury fight with radio interview Talk Sport. http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/bo...-Fury-boxing-fight-talkSPORT-IBF-Carlos-Takam
Have you actually listened to what Joshua said? They had a talk and he would help him to make his way back into the ring. All banter is for down the road.
Thought it was decent of Joshua to offer to help to get Fury back to fitness. They strike me as polar opposites but they both need each other badly for their own boxing legacies. Rivalries are what inspire people. You only have to look at some of the films coming out recently, such as ‘Rush’ (F1) and ‘Borg McEnroe’.
Fury needs to get licensed, lose weight and get a few impressive tune-ups under his belt before we can speak of him being a legitimate rival to Joshua or whoever the current #1 is or will be. In theory, Fury's still a big factor in this era, but in practical terms he's just too far gone right now. It's got to a point where he's a washed-up has-been until proves otherwise. He's young, undefeated, never lost the title in the ring. But that means nothing now. A year ago it was a different situation. If he comes back next year - and that's a big "IF" - he should start with a soft fight because realistically he'll need to. The winner of Bellew-Haye 2 or even David Price would make sense for a comeback, although promotional politics would probably prevent those fights. Eriic Molina or Manuel Charr would do.
