    Please God they've found the right formula for him in the monday, Wednesday, Friday sparring. He doesn't like to train but he loves to fight. If he can get his licence back and tick over with that routine in between camps, he'll fulfill his potential and dominate the division.

    Bloody hell! That's a huge improvement. His face doesn't look bloated and ill anymore. He's given himself a chance here, I reckon he'll fight before the year's out.

    Good luck to him but it's way too early to get excited for me, the guy looks 40 years old and sounds like a wheezing asthmatic lurching about on that treadmill.

    Tyson Fury says he has retired yet again.
    The former undisputed heavyweight king posted a message on social media, claiming his boxing journey is over.
    Fury 28 has not fought since dethroning Wladimir Klitshko in 2015, and wrote on Instagram, Thanks to the fans who supported and believed in me along the way, THE END.
