I don't dislike him. However, he is a phoney and a cheater. What amazes me is that no one seems to care about his steroid abuse, but many writers are calling him out for his behavior this weekend.

Malignaggi's is real and he usually holds like a 1 hr session once or twice a week to talk to his fans. I've had the opportunity to communicate with him via twitter and the guy is pretty cool.

I guess this is a good way for fans to talk to their favorite fighters. I wasn't big on twitter when it first came out but now it see its usefullness. Being able to ask a guy like Paul Williams for exmaple about his training for the Pavlik fight is cool.

It is weird that he gets a free pass for the steroids.
I would say juicing is almost as dangerous and unfair as wrapping your hands w/ plaster of paris, and certainly just as dangerous and unfair as Panama Lewis/Aaron Pryor using stimulants in the late rounds of fights.

commentators and writers don't ever seem to reference the steroid abuse at all. NFL players' careers were ended as a result of the BALCO scandal. it seems to me that in boxing it is an even greater crime than in the NFL-forget about the sportsmanship aspect; it's simply a dangerous and criminal thing to do. in my opinion.
