I disagree with these three. Hopkins has disappointed but he showed guts against Pascal and rose from two knockdowns to press the fight. A 40 ****in 5 year old man did better than a 28 year old Dawson, shame. Vitali showed heart against Lewis and is usually the easier klitschko to watch and you don't dominate the divison like he does by having a glass heart. As much of a ***** that Mayweather acts outside of the ring, inside of it he has heart as displayed by overcoming round 2 and standing in front of Mosley picking him apart the rest of the fight, gutsy. Andre Ward pisses me off with his hometown fights but he has good willpower and will win anyway he can. Keywords: any way he can. Call me crazy but I care nothing for Witter. Prove me a time he showed heart but I despise how he fights he seems like a coward.
thats BS. Performances says it all, not the location. He took Allan Greene's soul in the ring. He beat Bika in his own game
Yeah Pavlik shouldn't be there, he's a left over from my American Hypejobs poster. Can't find any decent Alexander pics. Im trying though. Jack, feel free to put my pic on the opening post. At least until something better comes along from me or someone else.
hell ya, add Zab and Ortiz and take replace with the guys mentioned earlier that don't deserve to be there
How does Floyd have a glass heart? He's a dick outside the ring and all but he's not a quitter in the ring. Quit trying so hard.
I see where you're going with this, but: You forgot Haye (probably on purpose), Mayweather is too high, Ortiz needs to be on there. You can say a lot about Ward and Hopkins but I can't question their heart at this point, although Hopkins was utterly disgraceful in his fight w/ RJJ so I suppose I can accept that. Hell, Pascal probably should be on here somewhere, and how can we forget Zab Judah? Kevin Johnson is not even on my radar and Nate Campbell probably shouldn't be. Cintron needs to be much higher, and Vitali doesn't belong anywhere on this list.
Once I had a love and it was a gas Soon turned out had a heart of glass Seemed like the real thing, only to find Much of mistrust, love's gone behind Once I had a love and it was divine Soon found out I was losing my mind It seemed like the real thing but I was so blind Much of mistrust, love's gone behind
Why won't people learn? Why do some posters perpetuate myths like, 'oh, that punch would've made anyone quit' and 'all boxers have to have heart to even step in the ring'? :rofl:roflatsch May I take this opportunity to thank the ESB ChinCheckers and Team Elite for lending the credibility of their good name to this effort to educate ESB about the existence of Glass Hearts in Boxing. It's irrefutable :deal
