Updated P4P list (tiered)

    Pacquaio and Donaire are still amongst the best boxers in the world. They both fell about 5 places when they were beaten, they didn't become bad overnight nor did their previous accomplishments suddenly become null and void.

    Hopkins is greater than Broner but is past prime: He beat a poor titlist in Cloud (albeit comprehensively) but had got beaten pretty soundly by Dawson last time. He is an ATG but not in my top 10 p4p boxers atm (although he would be in the top 20)
