How can we call him the hardest puncher when he has fought nobody's his whole career??

Come on cheerleaders, this is pathetic..

If whoever I was wanting to follow was fighting bums over and over, I'd be kicking up a stink and demanding more, but you guys love it?? WTF?? are you actually schoolgirls???

Wilder hardest puncher ever, my arse

Demand him fight some top 10 opponents who aren't past it, over weight or ex coke heads and settle for nothing less until he proves you right.

Embarrassing champion of an embarrassing belt, who couldn't even keep a fat Fury down, let alone render him unconscious.

Fat Fury embarrassed him, so he picks on Bumzeale and an old man

I said Wilder KO Ortiz under 4...... Slow old Ortiz was embarrasing Widler too

    No he isn't

    Lol

lol...the best you can offer, to prove your point, is a middle aged guy with heart problems and someone he thought was going to be a bloated, drug addled mess and a shadow of his former self...and he still got schooled...lol.

The fact all you had to offer from his 40+ fights was those two examples shows how pathetic your boy is.

You are as delusion as he.

    P.S i don't hate the guy, I don't hate anyone.

I just think, objectively, he's overrated.

You see, unlike you, I'm not that emotionally invested, you clown.

I think wilder's straight right probably is one of the, if not the quickiest in boxing history to land from launch to finish. But there is no way his punches have more power behind them than the likes of Lennox Lewis, W. Klitschko, George Foreman, for example. They had destructive power in their punches and if hitting a non-moving target these all would beat Wilder in power generated towards the target. But, speed is a big factor in boxing and the punch you don't see is the punch that hurts you and with his quickness with right hand Wilder is utilizing this unique talent that he has. His speed with his hands is his power.

I just get annoyed by stupidity and hate. If its so easy why haven't we seen more HWs do what he's doing? you sound dumb asf! Not wasting anymore time on you.

    This is astute.
Add to that the KO's & weakening/set ups from illegal & rabbit punches...
He hits really hard, but not likely as hard as the hardest ever, if the force could be measured.

There’s no way to make accurate comparison of fighters punching powers from different eras. But,

Ernie Shavers KO1 Jimmy Ellis&Ken Norton>any of Wilder’s power display

Name me these "cast iron chinned" boxers that all the All Time Great Punchers knocked out that existed then but can not be found today

You give Joshua credit for fighting Whyte and Takam but refuse to give Wilder the credit for fighting Stiverne in the first fight who at the time was top level and every bit as good as Takam and Whyte. Ortiz old or not would also beat Whyte or Takam, maybe even an old Povetkin as well. The hate is unbelievable. Once he knocks out Fury, Ruiz and Usyk what will you have to say then. I'm sure it will be more negative talk

George and Earnie are 2 of my top 3 favorites all-time, but I dont have any trouble honoring Wilder as the best. Aside from Fury, people typically don't get up after Deontey lands flush. And these are big, solid modern heavyweights.

I totally agree man, the hate is clear and evident. It 'll never change even when he knocks out the so called "quality" fighters that they speak of. We've all heard this same narrative many times over, throughout the history of this bias sport

Come on, Look how much punches he landed on Ken Norton to put him down Twice. I don't doubt the power but man he took a few shots before he went down the first time. That punch he landed on Ellis though was a cracker.

I'd put Wilder's punch on Breazeale over that any day of the week honestly, as Breazeale is known to be tough

Its idiotic. I think its two things with DW that people dont like.
    1. Hes loud, brash and talks like hes still in the "hood" and that somehow threatens people in the sense that people dont like when the "hood people" come to the good neighborhood. People dont mind educated black men succeeding but not those deemed "ghetto".
    2. Hes "not a very skilled" fighter so these haters being as high and mighty as they feel deep down that it somehow cheapens the sport that a guy so basic could achieve at the highest level. We work with what we have and make the best of it and thats what he is doing and makes no secret about it.

Nothing to do with the hood thing.. Just lol

He's jist annoying with that over confident, cockey over acted preacher man vibe he has going on, not to mention the random bouts of screaming.

    It's cringe af.

And he does cheapen the sport.
