Upping the cardio

    Body works All or Nothing simple. Now in balance, thats another matter, thats the hard bit.

    If I was you I'd forget about roadwork with your shinsplints and knee pain. It's not essential to boxing. You can get a good conditioning workout from things like swimming, rowing and cycling in a variety of intervals. I personally only do LISS training around once a week, just for recovery more than anything.

    Also, run on grass or a track rather than pavement. It makes a world of difference.
