Lopez - PDL shouldn't be in for the fact Lopez won, many of us expected it, but the manner

    Jeez, that was impressive

That fight isn't official yet, only read somewhere that Peter WANTS Vitali next, no response from Vitali though.

I might have to change the thread to "This year's surprises " or something more imaginative cause yes that is a very impressive and noteworthy win

Mike Tyner? D'you mean Lanardo who lost to Mike Arnoustis?

Most on here thought JuanMa would win so I wouldn't class that as an upset, Ponce de Leon might of been favourite with the bookies but they know **** all compared to people on here lol so I wouldn't say it was an upset really, could of easily gone either way.

Forrest losing to Mora should be up there as well.

Yeah some of these are debatable its a combination of guys getting there first loss and guys who were upset, the idea is to have a list at the end of the year so we can take a nostalgic look back at the year of the upset or year of surprises

It would have been more of a suprise if Chambers beat Povetkin. That can't qualify. Povetkin was a favourite in every sense, logically, betting and amongst the 5 knowledgable fans on here.

Don't think Katsidis losing in anyway qualifies as an upset?
