I don’t think losing to Douglas is that bad… I mean in terms of the times but looking at it for what it really was, was one pro losing to another pro - Douglas lived in a gym since he was a kid and just happened to get up for this fight while being on a good streak while Tyson just got figured out.
I meant in a historic and symbolic sense. The unbeaten terror machine lost against an undistinguished challenger. Of course Douglas was a good boxer who fought a great fight.
