I started liking Urango back in 2005-

Back when he and Arnaoutis and Malignaggi and Torres and the like were all JR WW Prospects. Do you think that Urango has what it takes to take the Jr WW division by storm and potentially unify?

I wonder this... Who could stop him from taking the division...

I do think that there are some potential problem fighters for Urango...

Zab, Witter, L. Peterson (perhaps), Holt to name the main ones

    What do you all think?

No. He can't box at all, I mean at all. Ricky Hatton outboxed him, who has thrown less than 10 jabs this decade. He will lose to every top level boxer he faces.

    Hatton wouldn't ever rematch him.
Why would he? He already beat him and is in the twilight of his career.

it would stop him unifying though as hatton will prob pic up one of the belts and is regarded as the top jr ww fighter so even if urango got some wins hatton is still ranked ahead.

urango was a stepping stone to floyd for hatton.

hattonøs one of the most down to earth fighters around so its possible a rematch could happen - but i doubt it if hatton beats pacman.

Urango would KO Holt, no problem. Holt is very chinny. Hatton already destroyed Urango, and would do it again if they faced off again. Also, I think Timothy Bradley, who has good pop and a good beard, would be a much bigger threat to beat him than any of the guys you mentioned. Junior Witter would probably also outbox him and run enough that Urango couldn't land.

Yea. Urango needs to solve 2 problems

    Learn what a jab is.

Try some head movement with that high guard. It might work. Or try to adopt the peekaboo style. Either way stop trying to break the opponents hand with your chin... might not work all the time.

Hatton won, but he DID NOT "destroy" Urango...

i always liked urango that lef tuppercut that caught herman the first time was ****ign hilairous...almost threw it behind his back. but as soon as i saw rabah a solid but unimaginitive fighter he was missing and looked like a absolute mug.

he will get beat again but he is a 2 time world champ

how he stays at 140 is amazing becuase he is a decent hieght and still has such a massive physically pescence.

urango has all the tools but movement he sucks at that he needs to jab move and improve on his timing also
