Poor decision in my opinion. Khan is nothing like Cotto. He doesn't have Cotto's power, body attack or aggressiveness. The only things Khan brings that Pac can maybe learn a bit from is his great handspeed, which in fairness Cotto doesn't have.

 

Good points, but I wonder if at this point it's not just as important to find Manny some sparring that challenges him in one way or another. Just talking about pure class and nothing else, Khan is several steps above guys like Holloway, Antillon, and Castillo.

 

Khan can stick and move behind a solid jab which is a skillset that Cotto also possesses

True but it's important to mix it up. Sparring guys like Castillo, who have a similar style, serves it's purpose but sparring people with faster hands, feet, more power etc., also has it's advantages.

Liston never fought a guy like Foreman but their sparring would have worked for him anyway. It's important for boxers to cover all aspects of boxing, rather than spar less talented fighters.

 

I dont know when people will know Roach's propaganda.The guy's a spin doctor he should be in politics.The difference between Roach and Josef Geobbels is very slim when it comes to propaganda and enlightenment.
