I Was Hoping No One Would Booo The American National Anthem....

 

It was so classic because the Brit Fans were such assholes and made it personal by booing the anthem. The chorus of Born in the USA and Floyd whipping that ass made me proud to be an American.

 

I thought it was a smart choice

PBF obviously expected the USA national anthem to be boo'd and knew that the anthems were before the entrances, so what best to counter it for the US people than a song with a courus like that..

Im from neither USA or UK but i liked the entrance

 

It was a nice choice by Floyd to pick that song i though he was comming out to one of fiddy's songs.

Patriotism is great for the atmosphere. Love to hear the brits singing but was embarrased by the booes of the Us anthem.

 

To this day I didnt know why he wore a sombrero. I think most if not all of the mexican fans i watched the fight with cheered when they saw that.

 

The usa chants didnt come over on tv.

 

stop crying, it not like the booing was overly loud, and consider half of them atleast would have had a good drink in them at the time....imho they were probably booing the guy singing the usa anthem as he was awful, its a great anthem that can be performed much better, that was truely woeful attempt by the guy.
