USA SMWs dont perform in Europe. I bet the USA S6 guys want the rest of fights in USA

    Bailey is right; Americans will use any excuse to 'justify' Ward fighting @ home because he's the best chance they have.

    If billy goat Ward tried that **** any place foreign he'd get DQ'd. People moan about Hopkins doing that **** to RJJ but when Ward does it to an EU guy he's the best thing ever.

    USA double standards. Again.

    They should all be in America. s6 was produced by an American company in showtime so it's only right for these " Euro level " fighters to compete here.

    Im not saying where fights should or shouldnt be, what I said is American SMWs dont tend to perform well outside of America in big fights.
    Its not meant to offend, or be an attack. If you know of American SMWs performing well in Europe, im willing to listen, but I cant think of any

    It was, and no one complained until Ward distroyed Kessler, then you started to hear some crying, but one Dirrell beat AA it was an all out attack with thread like this one.

    Truth is the two American fighters Ward and Direll are REALLY 4-0 in this thing. Only true Homers think that Froch won the fight with Dirrell.

    Being that the thing was set up so that Ward would fight two American fighters would you have prefared that Kessler got all three of his fights at home??? Im sure you would have. If you sit down and do the math someone had to fight at home three times unless you would have wanted to see Two Americans fight in Europe which would have been no advantage to anyone.

    Touted American SMWs that were good in America but just couldnt compete once they entered Europe

    B Mitchell - once entered Europe got beat by Girard, Ottke and Calzaghe

    O Sheika - enters Europe and gets beat by journeyman Tony Booth, builds some experience comes back and gets beat by Calzaghe, later gets a chance again against Beyer considered by some as a weaker champ and gets beaten again

    these are just examples. I dont consider Sheika to be a top SMW but was touted at one time, Brewer, Lacy, Tate, are other examples
    Other world class SMWs not American who entered Europe with reputations but got beat Green, Bika, G Johnson (fights out of America), Mundine, Siaca, Lucas

    WAKE UP. If that was true Boxing News and The Ring wouldnt have scored for Froch.
    Dirrell lost, he didnt believe in himself, and lets remember how Dirrell cried after losing to Froch about not fighting in Europe and saying he knows why Jones wouldnt etc..

    But this thread isnt about that is it. Read the thread first page. It is about American SMWs not performing well away. Tell me when they have.
