oh great, you found a little supposed gold nugget of speculation that now makes you famous....
just to shine your nugget, the home player is now 6-0, american or european.... does this mean if you're at homecourt you automatically win?
Well, a Headbutt Conspiracy Theorist would say YES! well, here you are..

How about if we stand back and take a little look at history of the Super6 and the fighter's we're actually talking about....
    1) The European 3 was highly favored over the American 3, who were the underdogs
    2) 2 of the 3 Europeans were titlebelt holders already. AA, not a belt holder, considered Co-favorite to win S6, along w/ Mikkel Kessler
3)2 of the 3 Americans were considered Top Prospects - not established veteran fighters.
4)The other American was a past-prime former champ.
Americans having a hard time getting a win out of the States? What would you expect? They were the underdogs for obvious reasons!

I honestly dont think Andre Ward will get homecourt advantages 3rd time. Gus Johnson mentioned about the Andres' fight being in Europe possibly.

i personally think that Dirrell should have got the swing... BUT
he's a victim of his own in-ring immaturity, BS, and drama. He kept that to a minimum against AA

all that turned off the judges and gave Froch the go

Read the first page. Its not all about the super 6.
I REPEAT. ITS NOT ALL ABOUT THE SUPER 6
American SMWs havent performed well away, have they?
Ive never claimed Ward beat Kessler with headbutts either now have I.
But lets look at it, when the top American SMWs have ventured to Europe thay have been beaten. That isnt a snipe at America by any means.
But Froch was the underdog away to Taylor and he won, when Americans have been favourites away the have lost ie Brewer to Ottke, Lacy to Calzaghe, Mitchell to Girard etc.
A Wards first 3 fights are to be at home it was part of his condition and it was a great move by Goosen because as said American SMWs havent performed well away

    Possibly so.
But remember Froch was underdog against Taylor and was getting beaten but still found it in himself to pull off a good away win

you sure? Its not that i dont believe you... but that makes me mad that the promoters let Goosen have his way like that. Now i bet they're shooting themselves in the foot.

As a Ward fan, i was hoping he'd have to go overseas to prove himself, not that he's fighting a european, so i guess thats kind of useless. I guess he wont be away from home till sometime in the semifinal bracketing. This really works against Ward's win integrity, cuz everyone's gonna credit his victories do to being at home all the damn time....
He needs to do his thing in Europe and win so the hates have 1 less thing to get off his back

You're probably right about American SMW's not doing well in Europe.

It's a relatively young division, and not all that many accomplished US fighters have fought there for any length of time.

And if a guy traveled to Europe to fight, it's because he HAD to travel to Europe.

Its true. But it shouldnt detract from Ward scoring a good win over Kessler, but due to the way alot of SMWs have failed in Europe, it would be interesting to see if Ward breaks the bad run

As well as Froch Taylor, I should have mentioned Kessler - Mundine in Australia, to show how some fighters can travel,

Ward would have beat the **** out of Kessler had it been in ****ing antartica, and Ward was naked and Kessler had full eskimo gear on.

Dirrell would have schooled Abraham had the fight been in Europe, but the Germans would have called it a legit knockout lol.

Dirrell did school Froch in ****** ass England we suck at everything including soccer but was robbed.

Americans SMW's are better then European super middleweights. Fact.
