Because when Floyd signed with the USADA, VADA hadn't even formed.

Yes, we know. You post the same things over and over. A liar likes to repeat himself MANY times because he knows he has to work to get people to believe him.
A REAL truth teller need only say it once.

The only test that came back clean are the test that were not quashed

And that is the point, they charge that much more for what? we know why USADA cost more, they give you optional quashes when you test positive

From the guy in your avatar, no one else

Why isn't any credible journalist helping him pursue his leads? Why is no credible journalist going off Gabby suspicions and writing about it to uncover the truth, surely this is the biggest news story in boxing, why would they miss out? Maybe just maybe it's because they know that this guy is full of ****.

USADA has been around much longer than VADA and Floyd has stated many times he is loyal, so maybe he feels he started with USADA and he will stick with them. The money deal doesn't mean a lot to me because then you could **** on every man who has bought a Ferrari at 200K+ when he could have gotten a Nissan GTR which out performs and is only 90K. Some people buy things for name and notoriety because their historical presence shows they have been doing things right.

Keep in mind we don't even know why the testing is so cheap. Does VADA have the same insurance protection as USADA when it comes to false positives hurting an athlete and facing possible suits? Maybe this is why Conte was so quick in claiming Berto was due to cross contamination.

wait so you are against GBP getting notified when the a sample is positive so they can be prepared to get a replacement for the fight if sample B is positive as well?

    Yeah, lets see:

VADA: $20K Fee(no Idea if this is correct)
    Notable Clients:
    Golden Boy Promotions

USADA: $100K Fee(Again, no idea if correct)
    Notable Clients/Events:
    The Olympics
    The World Ams
    The PanAms
And any major national tournaments/governing bodies.
    ...
    ...
    ...
    GBP/Mayweather

So the USADA is so bad at math, they put higher value on the $100K they can make from Floyd over all the money they make from those events and national governing bodies and the Government Funding they receive.

I talked to my father who has run labs for over 30 years he laughed when I told him USADA was charging 90k he said it could be done for much less. USADA has dropped there prices of late to compete with VADA as well

No I am not in favor of any contracts like this, as there are legal loop holes that can be thrown in there.

in other words DLHs attorneys could have easily thrown in or attempted to throw in other ****.

if a fighter test positive the agency should inform the commission release its findings to the proper sources and halt the fight. there is no contract needed for that.....

SO they are asking to be informed of the A sample results at the same time the fighter is informed....and that means what?

It's all for legality. If there were loopholes we'd still have the fight. Your straw graspin is wearing pretty thin, time to call it a day.
