It really doesn't. Nothing wrong with a security clause.

It's medical information you dip****. We are protected as people by HIPPA laws so yes, they need a waiver signed, which in case you didn't realize is like a contract.

It's the same Zooks because there just can't be two people this stupid and have the same same screen names. Plus you know he's behind the Mrs Dillyyo thing. That dude must be one pathetically fat man.

Ohh I forgot the athletes are going to go well out of their way to subject themselves to additional drug testing and pay this kind of money so the results will never be disclosed.....

This was an additional contract GBP wanted

Bazooka are you really this slow?:?

GBP would have no access to early test results only the individual fighters would. Peterson and his team knew about the early positive test sample which I suspect he went onto challenge, GBP was not aware of this to a week away from the fight, Schaffer was understandably angry at this, due to economic reasons. But under VADA policy only the fighter in question would have the right to this info at the time in question, not GBP.

So why can't you see that what GBP wanted all along was info on the test results so they could have a contingency plan in place incase the fight fell through? Remember GBP is a business like any other, money comes first.
