USADA did CIR testing on all Floyd vs. Cotto samples!!

GBP was not informed of peterson failed drug test until may the 7th by contractual law VADA had no right to reveal the test results at an earlier convenience to them only to the individual in question, however Team Peterson had a moral obligation to inform GBP what was going on.

Schaffer only found out from Nevada's commission Keith Kizer :-(

So it is clear in this case GBP was the last to know.

So now comes your last question why do you need a separate contract for GBP to find out the results? Well VADA has already stated why in your own source, I am not about to repeat myself twice, go and read the source again.

Here is the reason why having a contract would help. I quote.

"Schaefer is confident that his company would have secured a replacement opponent, and saved the event, if VADA and/or Team Peterson would have advised him of the positive test on April 13 or around that time period"

Because these are multi million dollar business deals, involving several organizations and spanning the globe. I mean what the **** kind of question is this...you can't buy a God Damn cell phone without a contract, yet you are suggesting organizations of this caliber, with this much money involved, wouldn't use contracts?
