Guys, Ballszooka is a flunky. No matter how many insults you throw at him, his job is to promote Pacquiao, and dis Floyd. It's best that you don't talk lies with him, lmao. Just insult him. His son was knocked out last year. 29 years ago Ballszooka was knocked out himself with head gear on, lmao. Montoya has a bunch of flunkies that are paid to dis Floyd. I've dealt with these kinds of posters for years. Ignoring them helps too. They will stop after they stop receiving attention, lmao!

Probably did. And this was their first time working with VADA which said, in the source YOU provided that they would not release the contents of the First test without written approval from the boxers. The USADA probably has a slightly different contract which gives them a third or foruth designated party.

It really doesn't matter if you buy it or not. I've personally have gone over with you in extreme detail why GBP, like any other investor would consider getting this information quickly important. But since you have an agenda, based on zero evidence(or in the case of the release that you cited, a complete misunderstanding of said evidence) and a downright refusal to consider other evidence provided, nor the logical conclusions ones can infer this dance is completely pointless for you. You have decided to join the camp of "I don't care about the evidence, the world is flat"-type crowd and that speaks a lot about you.

Floyd Mayweather has nothing to do with this as his company was not involved with the debacle, Lamont Peterson was. Secondly, It doesn't matter if they are clean cut stand up guys because their actions have nothing to do with the day to day operations of Golden Boy Promotions and what any responsible CEO, like Richard Schaffer, would do to keep protect the company through risk management, contingency plans, and mitigation of losses resulting from not being able to react quickly to a failed test due to time lost waiting for the B sample to be tested which according to the Source you provided can be over two weeks before they could be notified.

Stop Digging your heels in, read your sources, and stop lying.

Of course and like another poster pointed out thats a HIPPA issue there, However you dont need a "Contract" for that, you can sign a release waiver for that big difference between the two

No there isn't. A waiver is a form of a contract.

A release waiver is another form of a contract. You should know this.

Seriously? tech yes, but that is all that was needed, not the **** DLH was attempting to obtain, keep in mind a waiver does not include notifying GBP when a fighter test positive in a timely manner it simply allows GBP to get the results.:deal

Oscar and GBP wanted a contract that would not only allow them to get the results but to receive them immediately and god only knows what else his Attorney were attempting to add to that contract as well.

I dont expect some of you here to understand this simply because funding is cut for education in the areas of which you came up that is if you didnt quit in the 4th grade
