Lets get something straight, both Floyd and Manny asked USADA for permission to use whatever...toradol and an IV. It is the Nevada State Athletic Commission that denied Pacquiao use of Toradol not USADA.

In Floyd's case USADA simply reported the IV late to the commission who knows if they would of declined it or not. Manny was declined because he asked for Toradol right before the fight while failing to list it on his questionnaire. You can't blame the commission for denying him in that case. Had USADA reported on time maybe Floyd would of been declined to. If so the fight would of still happened and they would of went without...and I believe the results would of been no different.

Commission would've denied Floyd too but Floyd+USADA ILLEGALLY performed IV injection in Floyd's house and they didn't mention anything until 10+ days after the fight. Extremely shady practice and USADA has no power to be doing things like this.

So therefore your issue if you have one is with USADA and the Commission...not Floyd, cause like I stated USADA was cool with Manny getting the toradol regardless of the questionnaire. Its the commission that played Manny not USADA or Mayweather for that matter.

USADA is also cool with IV's, so considering they are the gold standard of drug testing, maybe its Nevada that needs to update their protocols which I believe will be the outcome.

nope. information states that usada delayed both application to nsac. delayed pac's to sabotage him and delayed floyd's to allow him to cheat. nsac did not allow pac 1 day before the fight but accepted floyd's application 3 weeks after the fight. nsac and usada both committed mistakes but usada did a lot of the dirty job.

Dude, there was no exemption for either because USADA CAN'T GRANT EXEMPTIONS. Only NSAC can. Bennett, head chairmen of NSAC has made this crystal clear.

At the very least, thanks for pointing out and making it clear that you only on this witch hunt cause you still mad #48 loss on May 2nd. Shoulder injury, USADA, NSAC, IV, Toradol, all equal your excuse for getting served.

NSAC is the sole authority to issue TUE's in the state of Nevada.

You can't buy a driving license from someone in the immigration department and then expect the government and the department to sort it out between themselves.

Moreover, a WADA anti doping violation cannot be ignored over paperwork technicality. He's busted. It's time to wait for what they are going to do about it. Not allowing Floyd to fight on Saturday should be the first step forward.

That's not what Mayweather and USADA are under fire for, but nice try in trying to change the subject.

Commission would not have denied him, they would have demnaded he have done at a medical facility. Bennett had no problem that he did it, just that it was done at his home.

If you think that Floyd isn't under fire, I question your grasp on reality.
