Floyd - like Marquez - is a fighter who relied on supreme high level skills (and - unlike Marquez - cherrypicking) most of his career

Steroids wouldnt benefit him they way they would a limited but physical freak like a Pooch Pacquiao or Roid Jones

No. Floyd owns the USADA. He doesn't get tested and he can take anything he wants as he owns the NSAC as well. Everyone is in Mayweather's pocket.

The test is pointless anyways because he pays them off and has Memo in his corner!

 

This is why floyd rejected VADA. He can control USADA and even its results but not VADA which is easily better far as track record in boxing goes.

 

Floyd has all bases covered. He doesn't want another episode where USADA would hide and destroy floyd's positive test. He needs those undetectables.
